<\/a>Principe et utilisation d'un analyseur de fluorure<\/h3>\n

Le fluor pr\u00e9sent dans l'eau se trouve principalement sous forme d'ions fluorure ; en cas de concentration excessive, ces ions se combinent avec les ions calcium pr\u00e9sents dans le sang, formant ainsi du fluorure de calcium insoluble, ce qui entra\u00eene une hypocalc\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n

Principe : l'ion fluor r\u00e9agit avec le r\u00e9actif fluor\u00e9 et le nitrate de lanthane dans un milieu tampon ac\u00e9tate dont le pH est de 4,1 pour former un complexe bleu. L'absorbance de ce complexe est proportionnelle \u00e0 la concentration en ions fluor, ce qui permet de calculer la teneur en ions fluor de l'eau.<\/p>\n
