Principio di misurazione<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u201cLe molecole di metano assorbono la luce di una specifica lunghezza d'onda\u201d \u2013 Spettro di assorbimento molecolare<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa quantit\u00e0 di luce assorbita da un mezzo trasparente (massa di gas metano) \u00e8 proporzionale allo spessore e alla concentrazione della massa di gas\u201d \u2013 Legge di Beer-Lambert<\/p>\n<p>In base ai principi fisici sopra esposti, \u00e8 possibile utilizzare un fascio di luce di una determinata lunghezza d\u2019onda per penetrare nella massa di metano in fuoriuscita.
