KSLV607 Capacitive Level Transmitter for High Temp and Pressure

Introduction 

The KSLV607 Smart Capacitive Level Transmitter adopts advanced structure and circuit design, and has the function of continuous measurement of boiler drum liquid level around the clock. It solves the problems that are difficult to overcome by traditional capacitive level gauges, such as large temperature drift of the measurement system, large influence of the dielectric constant change of the measured medium on the measurement, poor measurement linearity, and the need for manual on-site calibration. It can achieve safe, reliable and accurate all-weather measurement and control of the boiler drum water level, which is of great significance to ensure the safe, efficient and energy-saving operation of the boiler. It can be widely used in the liquid level measurement and control of pressure vessels such as boiler drums, high-pressure heaters, waste heat boilers, and gasification boilers of various specifications.

Working Principle

The intelligent capacitive high-temperature and high-pressure liquid level meter adopts the matrix capacitance measurement principle, using the relationship between the liquid level change and the change in the capacitance of the measuring electrode. By configuring multiple capacitance sensors, a matrix distribution is formed. When the liquid level in the liquid level meter changes, the matrix capacitance sensor produces a corresponding capacitance change. The change in capacitance value is calculated to obtain the liquid level value and output a 4~20mA (two-wire system) analog current loop corresponding to the liquid level height.
