We purchased the KMPW400 from Kacise for our water quality monitoring project in several small treatment plants. The device works very well — the touch screen interface is intuitive, and the multi-parameter sensors are accurate and stable over time.
What impressed us most is the flexibility of customization. Kacise’s team helped us integrate additional parameters (DO, ORP, and conductivity) into the same platform, which saved both cost and installation space.
Communication with the sales and technical team was smooth; they responded quickly and provided detailed configuration guidance before shipment. The system has been running continuously for over three months without any major issues.
We are planning to order additional units for our upcoming projects. Highly recommend this model for municipal or industrial water monitoring applications.
