Brand: KACISE
Introduction
The KWS-F101 protein fluorescence sensor is designed for COD, BOD and fluorescence traceability monitoring. It uses a UVC-LED pulsed light source to excite protein-like fluorescence signals from phenol, aniline and aromatic amino acids in water, and these signals correlate with BOD concentration. The sensor also monitors UV absorbance to reflect COD and corrects the inner filter masking effect caused by organic matter and suspended solids.
Features
- Pulse strobe mode, eliminating ambient light interference
- Hampel filter algorithm, removing abnormal fluctuations
- Optional external cleaning brush with multiple operating modes
- UVC-LED pulsed source with UV absorbance correction of inner filter masking
- RS485 digital output with MODBUS RTU protocol
- Low average power: ≤0.2 W without brush, ≤0.6 W with brush
- IP68 protection, O.D. 50 mm with NPT 3/4 thread for direct immersion installation
Applications
- Surface water quality monitoring
- WWTP influent and effluent
- Drinking water source protection
- Marine and estuary monitoring
- Industrial wastewater discharge
- Research and teaching
